First of all Congratulating you on your nice performance that you deserve both of the nice college and I would like to tell you that Jadavpur university is top government college not only in West Bengal but in the country and has its ranking above various nits and IITs.it has very less fee While vit is private engineering college and below in rank than Jadavpur university with high fees but has facilities far better than Jadavpur university.

Now if you are giving preference to college not the branch then I would suggest you to take admission in Jadavpur University. But if you are looking for computer science engineering as a branch of your choice and if you can afford fee then you should take admissions in VIT.
