IIITs fall under two categories.
- GOVERNMENT (Fee is quite low)
- NON GOVERNMENT ( Fee is not that low, but the quality is there)
Following is the list of IIITs under government
- IIIT Allahabad,
- IIIT Gwalior,
- IIIT Jabalpur,
- IIIT Kancheepuram,
- IIIT Vadodara,
- IIIT Kerala,
- IIIT Srinagar,
- IIIT Kota,
- IIIT Sri City,
- IIIT Guwahati.
NON GOVERNMENT
- IIIT Hyderabad,
- IIIT Delhi,
- IIIT Bangalore,
- IIIT Bhubhaneshwar.
ADMISSION PROCESS
For admission in government IIITs, you should have to do counseling under CSAB. The fee is quite low in these IIITs.
FOR NON-GOVERNMENT IIITs you have to fill their forms separately.
NOTE: IIITs are INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTRIC INSTITUTES.
NOTE: ALSO IIIT HYDERABAD IS QUITE GOOD FOR COMPUTER SCIENCE.
