all the three institutes, you have mentioned are equally good in all aspects. In this situation, the decision making is upon you. Choose the brtanch, you are interested in. Conventional opinion is CSE is better than ece, which is not true in present day scenario.
Both the branches have equally good career oppurtunities.
Any choice among the above mentioned options are great.
