The Division of Career Services is the group in charge of managing LPU placements. The group assists the students in obtaining practical job experience to supplement their coursework and build necessary skills and expertise. Final-year students at Lovely Professional University have always been eager to participate in campus internships. Regular recruitment events and drives are organized by LPU. In addition, services like resume writing, career counselling, and aptitude development seminars are provided for the improvement of pupils. The highest CTC this year was INR 3 CPA, which was 1.5 times higher than the previous year. LPU is now undertaking its placement drive for the class of 2022.

The national average wage was INR 62.72 LPA. 8400 job and internship offers were issued in total. The company that hired the most students was Cognizant (1410+ Students), followed by Capgemini (770+ Students). Paloalto presented a package of INR 49.4 LPA to a B.Tech CSE/IT student. 383 students in all have been assigned to packages ranging from INR 10-64 LPA. On the first day of LPU Placements 2021, around 1200 opportunities were provided to students in the 2021 cohort. 8500 pupils in all were assigned. The highest CTC was INR 42 LPA, provided by Microsoft to engineering students, while Trident provided INR 21 LPA to management students.

CSE is an area that is constantly expanding and has high demand in business. It's a fact that those in the IT industry never age; instead, they continue to advance.

In terms of providing their students with a similar education, all three of the institutions are quite excellent academically. There is no question at all!

Modern labs and project studios are available at all colleges to help students become ready for the workforce and be guided in accordance with industry standards. However, LPU excels in this area because of its labs' emphasis on technology. Students can learn to create their own apps at LPU in the MAC, Google, and SAP labs. They are designed to learn how to develop for iOS and Android. Their programme includes learning languages like Java, C++, Python, and others.

Undoubtedly, KIIT University and SRM has established itself as a leader in terms of placement, but LPU has recently devoted a lot of attention to its placements and has succeeded in placing many of its students in prestigious firms. Tanya Arora, a student at LPU who studies in the CSE department, has been hired by the prominent US tech company GOOGLE with a package worth 42 lacks.
