which is better cse at RVRJC or IT in vr siddartha???
Hi aspirant,
RVR & JC College of Engineering, Guntur is one of the top engineering colleges in Andhra Pradesh. It is affiliated to Acharya Nagarjun University and ranked 201 by NIRF 2020 for B.Tech. The college has well-qualified and experienced faculty and has good facilities like free Wi-Fi, library, sports, E-classrooms, seminar halls etc. In terms of placement for B.Tech CSE students, 90% of studenrs were placed in top companies like TCS, Mahindra etc. with an average package of Rs 6 lakhs per annum. Cultural activities and fests are also good here.
Velagapudi Ramakrishna Siddhartha Engineering College (VRSEC), Vijayawada is an NAAC Grade A accredited engineering college, ranked 156 by NIRF 2020 for B.Tech courses. Affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada (JNTUK), it is a private autonomous engineering college and approved by AICTE. Faculty is experienced and supportive, with students getting opprtunity to do internships with tech companies in their third year. Placement is also good with companies like TCS, IBM, Microsoft, Amazon, Swiggy etc hiring students from the campus, with 90% placement record.
As you see, both colleges are good, it will depend upon you if you want to do your B.Tech in CSE or IT. Since VR Siddhartha is the slightly better one in terms of placement and ranking, you may want to go there because the college is good, but more preference is given to CSE students. I think it would be better for you to opt for B.Tech in CSE at RVR & JC as it has better scope compared to IT.
Hope it helps. All the best!
