cse is a course of b.tech whose full form is computer science and engineering . they both are same as cse too has sub courses in which your AI(artifical intelligence ) come. you after completion your 1st year could study for AI as your main subject and start learning on this.
Hey dear, B.tech in CSE is course where you study the basics to the core of computer technology and languages. Whereas, Artificial Intelligence or AI is the specialization of B.tech CSE in which you attain core knowledge of the future of computers harmonizing with stimuli of human brain.
