To choose any field for making your career mainly and only depends on your interest. What you find good and you feel that you can do a lot .. in that particular field n make your future in it.. then that's Bestttt for you.!
Both the fields are good n highly demanding.. know deep about both of fields .. collect information.. meet the people already in/passed out/carrying out their career in these fields.. and then come to a decision by selecting the Bestt for you.!

All these are entirely different fields there is no comparison between them it solely depends on your choice what your field of interest is so think on this by yourself each and every field you have mentioned have good scope in future
