Which is better... Ece in BP poddar Institute of Technology or Cse in Bengal Institute of Technology?

For ECE I think BP Poddar Institute of Technology is most searched college in counselling than BIT.
and BP Poddar is in the Top engineering colleges in West Bengal. So I think BP Poddar Institute of Technology is a better choice over Bengal Institute of Technology.

And these for Bengal Institute :

Fees : 6.3

Therefore, Bengal Institute is better with 6.9 overall rating, whereas, Poddar Institute has 6.1 overall rating.
Also CSE is considered to be a relatively easier as opposed to ECE.
