Hello Sushanth,
I'll suggest you to always prefer engineering branch over college as this will decide your career and also your whole life.
In my personal opinion, you should go for CSE in Hyderabad rather than opting ECE in Kharagpur.
CSE has a impeccable placements records and has a great scope in upcoming years.
