Both the streams are best it depends on you & your choice at which field you want to achieve your goal. However aerospace, engineering has the highest package but it requires a perfect & excellence in physics as well as maths means these two subjects must be your strongest one & coming to the EC branch your modern physics must be strong enough & also your interest. However, aerospace, engineering branch is an outstanding branch but a risky one as it needs the accurate & perfect work.
Hey,
there is no “better or best” branch in engineering. Each and every branch has it own purpose and set of applications. But if by your question you meant to ask about the opportunities, I’d rather prefer Electronics. Because in terms of employment opportunities and industrial perspective, ECE holds a better place. Electronics engineers are recruited in Aerospace firms for working on avionics systems. ECE give you wide range of opportunities after btech.you can settle in software domain or core domain. In many colleges , most of the companies give equal priority to ECE and CSE. Coming to aerospace , it is quite difficult in india. Even isro dont recruit Aerospace guys through ICRB. MS in USA or mtech form iits may providee wide opportunities for aerospace. IITs may give you good opportunities. If you study aerospace and settle with btech , it is quite difficult.
Hope this helps.
