It depends upon whether you want to have a connection with your medical field or you want to start afresh after your MBA. if you want to have a connection with your medical field then the hospital management would be a good choice but the income there would not be as good as if you start a fresh but that would work only if you have and interest in the management field outside the perspective of your medical knowledge. For example if you are interested in marketing and you are good at it then the amount of money would make would be a lot higher than you make in hospital management.

So in the end it all depends upon your interest and what you want your life to be post MBA.
