Which is better for BTech in Computer Science. SKIT Jaipur or Jain University, Bangalore

1. SKIT, Jaipur

Fees : approximately 3.63 Lakhs

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is up to the mark. They have a world class library, hostel facilities for both girls and boys, auditorium and what not.

Academics : The academics are good in SKIT, but, they are still running an old fashioned curriculum prescribed by RTU. However, they're trying to be more updated and grow in terms kf academics.

Placements : Almost 80-90 percent of the students got placed in the last batch, median salary was 3.6 Lakhs per annum.

2. Jain university, bangalore

Fees : Around 4-5 Lakhs.

Infrastructure: the campus is really huge, it has all the amenities for sports, i.e courts, library, auditorium etc. The only drawback of this college is that it is quite far from the main city.

Academics : The academics are something which are taken care of in this reputed college. Practical learning is focussed upon.

Placements : the placement rate is 98.5 percent. Highest package as of last year was 30 LPA . Median salary is 4.16 LPA.

Both are private universities and offer B.Tech. here is the comparison between colleges:

Jain University has been ranked #89 NIRF for B.Tech in Computer Science. It offers around 45 courses, and the highest package is 30LPA. It has pretty decent placement records, though not 100%. Infrastructure is excellent and hostel is good too. Facilities are upto the mark.

SKIT offers around 20 courses and the highest package is 12 LPA. Placements are good in CS branch and the total fees is around 2.5 to 3.5 lakhs. Facilities are good enough with fine teaching staff. Focuses more on academics, and very little preference to non curricular activities.

Jain University seems a better choice. However, Consider which place you want to study too, as it also affects your comfortness in the area. Check about the colleges on their websites in detail and then choose.

We always compare colleges on the basis of placements and all other points comes after tha placements. In SKIT the highest salary package offered is around 12 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is around 2.5 LPA which leads to average salary package offered ranges from 3 LPA - 3.5 LPA. While in Jain University Average CTC (UG)  is around 4.16 LPA .

If we talk about all other things than Jain University performs better.Hence you can choose Jain University but the desicion will be your and will depends on your priority so I will suggest that you study them on their website and then choose between them.
