I belive MMMUT, Gorakhpur is a much older technical institute with good infrastructure and outlook. Hence as far as Core branches are concerned, you should perhaps prefer MMMUT over much newer AKGEC. Placements in Civil are bleak at MMMUT however their is an increasing trend of students preparing for GATE Exam in their final year and pursuing Masters degree or PSU Jobs post Bachelors degree.

The main issue is ki mai 4th year se hi preparation krna chahti hu IES ya GATE ki but Gorakhpur me itni achhi coaching ni h

Tbh aajkal Online Coaching naya normal hai. Unacademy ke saath aur bhi achi achi IES/GATE Preparation ki Academies hai. Saath m Online Test series, self study books would be enough.
