All Colleges which you have mentioned are very good in terms of placement and academics . These Colleges are too much good. You must have good rank for taking admission in these Colleges. As your rank is not so we'll. As this rank is not according to get admission in these Colleges. As your general rank is 19436 it is very tough to get admission in these Colleges. So you have to look for other private Colleges. But you can apply for these colleges as per your choice. You can get admission in these Colleges in spot counselling.
