Congratulations on clearing the cutoff for Delhi university
ARSD is a better college than Shaheed Bhagat singh college, it is the second best college of South campus after Venketeshwar college. It has a good campus and it's english honors is also one of the best in South campus.
So, I will suggest you to opt for ARSD.
