Both colleges, GMR institute of technology and maharaj Vijayaram gajapathi raj colllege of engineering, provides all the basic facilities to students including wifi, hostel , library, ground, labs etc. Also, the staff/faculty members are highly qualified. At the end, it all depends on placements. Nevertheless both colleges have good placement records for Btech in IT, but GMRIT has better records than MVGR college. The recruiting comapnies visiting in the college are capgemini, infosys, cognizant , TCS tech mahindra etc (as per the reviews).
