Hello aspirant,
Both the colleges have their own pros and cons. I will try to list them.
1. No one hand, grant medical college is a well established old institutions, while AIIMS jodhpur is a new college. So, patient load at grant medical college will be more than AIIMS jodhpur.
2. Being at AIIMS jodhpur will give you a better opportunity to interact with people from different cultures of India, better research friendly environment, more student friendly faculty exposure to more advanced machines.
3. Apart from these, stipend during internship will be more at AIIMS jodhpur.

Hello Munnawar,
Both are the best colleges of India. But if you have to choose one, then you can go for Grant Medical College (rank - 13). It has better administration and infrastructure as compare to AIIMS Patna (rank-62)
