Hi, choosing an university for yourself is a process that you need to do it alone. Here are some of the things you should know about each university and everything you need to know to cut-short your list. Oxford University is considered as a Classic University on the Earth. Oxford has earned 58 Noble price till date and Cambridge has 90 Noble price. As of IITs there is no noble price awarded to any of the IITs combined. According to Times Higher Education Oxford University is at the top and just below it is Cambridge University. IITs start at 350. So, if I had to choose one assuming that the ball is in my court, I would personally choose Oxford University. Hope this helps.

Dear applicant, for M.Tech courses it requires better lab infrastructure than theoritical studies. This is because during Masters you need to invest more time on Lab work, project work than theory portions covered. Now out of the three Institutions chosen by you, the better lab facilities and sophisticated infrastructure can be observed in the IITs. Although Oxford, Cambridge Institutes are good considering the faculties and overall academic facilities. Now I would suggest you to choose IITs over the other two Institutes, career exposure taking into consideration.
