Hi,
Best books for neet organic chemistry are
  • NCERT:(You have to start from here and should respect this book)
  • M.S. Chauhan-There are two editions one jee and other neet, both are perfect in their class.
  • Peter Sykes-good conceptual knowledge and Indian edition has some of the best practices for 12th level
  • Solmon fryhle-Pretty good mechanisms and easy to understand.

From Entrance exam perspective you should go with OP Tondon because it has all the concepts and explanations which is much needed in Entrance exam. If you are not going to any coaching then you must go with OP Tondon.

Coming to JD Lee, as it is a foreign author book so it can explain you very easily even some hard concepts too but from Entrance point of view, it is bleak.
