Which is better Government Engineering Collage, Bikaner or Government College of Engineering And Technology, Bikaner?

I think government college is a better college than the private college, not all private college.
About Bikaner engineering college
according to the sources, Bikaner was once one of the best colleges of Rajasthan. But in the past years, due to the negligence of faculty and lack of proper resources, the students aren't able to learn properly.
