if we consider nirf ranking than " Haritage INSTITUTE of technology is good compare to Haldia INSTITUTE of technology.

But if we consider NAAC rating than Haldia INSTITUTE of technology is little bit good.

So overall haritage INSTITUTE of technology is little bit good but you can choose According to your choice both very good not much different.

I believe the only advantage Heritage has over HIT Haldia, is its location. Being located in Kolkata provides impetus to training and placement prospects. Besides this both the above institutes have good infrastructure, faculty and safe campuses.

Most of the IT and Service Companies like TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, Capgemini, Infosys, Birlasoft, CESC, Firstsource visit the institute regularly for campus placements.
