Here I'm comparing these two colleges on the basis of some important points.But which branch to choose...(IT or CSE)...is entirely depends on your interest.

In this College, faculty members are highly qualified and experienced.They are actively involved in sharpening the skills of the students with respect to latest technologies in the industry.CSE department of this institution provides well equipped lab facilities like AI and architecture lab,O S and networking lab,Intel FPGA UAP,Software engineering and design lab...and list is goes on
INTEL,Virtusa,TCS ,INFINITE,Deloitte,Microsoft CGI,HITACHI,BYJUS,Wipro,L&T infotech and many more top companies visiting the college campus year.
And yes actually,CSE department of this college,is reputed for producing best software engineers.

See,both the colleges have their own good record.So rank your priorities of good Colleges while choosing any college.And You should consider factors including location of College,fees,and other certain factors also.And then select the college.

This answer entirely depends upon you. You must choose what you want  - a better college or a better department  . Which department you want to  pursue is more important in any sense  . But allover CSE and IT are almost same in case of curriculum and placement sectors  . So you should opt for the better college . In that case Heritage Institute of Technology is obviously better than Techno India Main SaltLake  in case of placementas as well as in faculty.  So you should opt for Heritage IT.

Hello arpanraghuvanshi91 , From some research on internet I found that both the colleges are good in all fields and if we talk about branch then IT and CSE both are almost same and both the branches have good placements but I suggest you to go for heritage.
