Which is better Himalyan Institute of Medical Sciences, Dehradun or Ram Murti Medical College, Bareilly ?

So, I'll give you some basic aspects of both the colleges that i think are important to judge a college, like faculty, courses offered, infrastructure and most importantly placements.
Himalayan Institute of Medical Sciences, Dehradun has been established much earlier than Shri Ram Murti Smarak Institute of Medical Sciences, Bareilly , but the latter has a vast campus of 300 acres, and has a vast range of faculty as well. The faculty although is more or less is equally good in both the colleges.
Sri ram murti medical college , offers much more number of courses in MD and diploma,whereas Himalayan medical college offers courses in M.S, P.G.D and M.H.A.
The placements are equally good in both the colleges, both of them being prestigious.
