Coming for IIIT Hyderabad for cse branch just the next best thing you can achieve,iiit hyderabad is known for CSE ,they focus on it very properly and they have been equivalent to iit's.Most of the company like Apple,startups from silicon valley visit iiit hyderabad. And IIT Hyd ,it is one of the best college in india but comparing ECE with CSE hyderbad then i will suggest cse iit hyd.Concluding both college are best and at same level of placement.I hope it helped
