which is better in bsc food technology or bsc life science? ?

Dear applicant if you take up B.Sc Food Technology course then your job profile would be Bacteriologist, Food Technologist, Toxicologist, Dairy Technologist, Farm manager, Agricultural Inspector and top Recruiters like :

Nestle India Private Limited, Dabur India Limited, PepsiCo India would hire you.

In case of B.Sc life Science, you would have to choose either B.Sc zoology or Biochemistry or Nutrition which focuses on different streams of life science.

So as a whole it is indeed better to take up food technology courses and you can work for big companies and government jobs will also be a great option available for you.
