Your question is not understandable for me at this moment as you know  B.Tech is itself a degree courses  .Remember before posting any query , your doubt should be clarified properly so that the answers can be given accordingly . So, you are requested to modify/repost your query with proper details and make the sentence understandable as much as you can .

Well, if you are willing to know about the comparison between B.Tech and normal degree courses , then first of all I can say .. any degree or courses should be taken as per your choice  i.e if you are interested in  Technical field , you can go for B.Tech , or if you want to go for research field , you can do hons degree courses .. Based on placements , no courses should be taken as better as every courses has its own identity and capability to get any job positions  !

B.Tech is itself a degree. There are mainly two types of degrees:

1. General: eg B.Sc, BA, B.Com, etc.
2. Professional: eg B.Tech, MBBS, etc.

Again, there is something called as diploma.

Comparing all, if you're interested in jobs right after your Bachelor's, B.Tech is the ideal degree for you. In case you are interested to be a doctor, go for MBBS. In the event of you being interested in research, you can go for B.Sc. B.Com (//B.Com) are for the ones interested in Commerce while B.A. are mainly for Arts lovers.

There are other degrees as well.
