BCA and MCA is a good option. First complete your BCA degree and then get admission into MCA degree. This field will give you theoritical and practical knowledge about computer applications and if you got good college then placements may also help you in terms of employment. The top recruiters include TCS, Wipro, Tech mahindra etc. Also skills and your knowledge matters. Your salary may vary according to the work profile you have.

Out of the three otion given MCA is the better one i.e. Masters of Computer Application.

But to opt for that course , you need to complete the undergraduate course BCA - Bachelors in Computer Application which duration of 3 years. After that go for MCA which duration is 2 years. Then you will be able to work in a software development company at a senior level post and get salary upto 5 lakhs per annum.

ITI - Industrial Training Institute is more of a skill oriented & requires serious hardwork. The workers in all manufacturing industries have this degree, you may be employed as a worker in any industry as a worker working 12 hours a day and paid 15,000/- per month.

Go for BCA then MCA
