All institutions you mentioned dont have much difference between them, i can suggest you a few points on the besis of which you can select your college:
- The fees should be affordable
- The city should not be such that you cannot adjust to the lifestyle
- The branch you prefer is strong in that college
- The facilities provided by the institute is according to your needs
