As an MBBS Student myself I would say MBBS is better than pharmacy because its a course offering multidisciplinary study
be it Physiology Anatomy in the first year or Microbiology Pharmacology in second year
it really makes you judge your clinical sense & what you are really fit for
for future yes after initial years if struggle you earn well, you live well & you have job security if you become a good doctor. :)

Considering the present scenario and the demand, it is MBBS for sure. It has better pay, job security, better reputation, better environment, better foreign opportunities and a lot more. Also India need a lot more doctors than the present scenario so it is in much demand.
But. even pharmacy is not a bad option. It gives u endless opportunities to work abroad with MNCs and even in India. Also it is a very good field for research purposes.
