I will say that jipmer is a better option than AIIMS bbsr anyday .

Although it depends on your priority as well since it is very subjective question but I would give preference to jipmer because according to all India ranking of MBBS colleges jipmer has consistently maintained its position in top five whereas AIIMS bbsr is nowhere close.Also since AIIMS bbsr is a new college it is still not the priority of top rankers.The opd of jipmer is more than AIIMS bbsr due to it being new which can also be an advantage because it helps you learn more.Infrastructure of both the colleges is  good but still here AIIMS bbsr gets an edge.

Ofcourse rest all depends on your location priority ,fees , hostel etc which completely a personal choice.

Had there been a comparison between AIIMS Delhi and JIPMER, it's a well known fact that people would take AIIMS-D, and that's what should be the decision.

But when the options stand all the other AIIMS except Delhi versus that of JIPMER. Students do get a bit confused.

Okay, let me tell you

JIPMER is far far better than and other of the newer AIIMS ever established.

Obviously, the AIIMS Tag would have a value, but it's my recommendation do not run after the tag.

JIPMER supercedes all those AIIMS in perhaps all criterias, be it academics or co-curriculars.

Apart from that, you would be given the advantage of having an internal reservation while pursuing PG from JIPMER.

Without any further doubt, go for JIPMER, my friend !
