Hey Kartik, DMC is one of the best colleges in Punjab or in Northen India for MBBS and even for MD. But even you know it is a private college and is very very expensive college. You will have to pay 20Lakhs for the MBBS that is 5Lakhs per year but the quality of education they provide is really best even than good government college. If you are getting any private medical deemed universities and that is very good too you can try there as they will be cheap and worth it too. But if you can afford it for DMC then you must go for it and it will be best for you.

DMC is a great college for MBBS in Punjab. It is the most preferred choice among students who are not joining MBBS Colleges outside Punjab (Through 15% AIQ , AIIMS & JIMPER). DMC has great infrastructure, dedicated faculty is passionnate and very passionate and up-to date with the curriculum. There is a good peer group along with a lot of patient flow which gives the budding doctors a great platform to learn.

A deemed university is an institution that has gained the status of a university through receiving recognition from the University Grants Commission (UGC) by the recommendation of Medical Council of India (MCI). They are reputed universities and give you a lot of scope of work.
