Dear Student,
RV College of Engineering has been ranked 70 by NIRF whereas Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani (BITS Pilani) has been ranked 15 by NIRF.
NAAC Score :- Grade: B and CGPA: 2.8/4 for RV College of Engineering whereas Grade: A and CGPA: 3.45/4 for BITS Pilani.
College Placement :- Median Salary listed below.
For RV College of Engineering,
- B.E /B.Tech - 8.50 Lakhs
- M.E /M.Tech. - 6.50 Lakhs
For BITS Pilani,
- B.E /B.Tech - 14 Lakhs
- M.E /M.Tech. - 12.50 Lakhs
- B.Pharma - 8.15 Lakhs

Both are private institutes and have similar facilities like girls and boys hostel, gym, cafeteria, library, hospital and medical facilities, etc. The only difference is BITS Pilani doesn't have wifi campus and transport facilities whereas RV College of Engineering has both facilities.
According to me, BITS Pilani is better in terms of academics as well as placements. Also, the rating given by students is 4.5/5 while for RV College of Engineering, the rating is 4.2/5.
