I hope you are doing well.
I would say, Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology( SLIET Longowal) because of its student friendly environment. Besides, IIIT Manipur is one of the new IIITs so I wonder if it would be having its own campus. On the other hand SLIET Longowal has a 400 acre lush green campus of its own and conducive environment to prepare for competitive examinations( This year we got a top 100 ranker in chemical and many below 1000 rankers in other branches).Besides, alumni relation of SLIET Longowal are quite good and It has alumni at top positions in top companies for example present Vice-Preisdent of Accenture and Quikr are alumnus of SLIET Longowal.
