I recommend PES university, Bangalore. The labs Electronics and communication are state of the art and up to mark  in term s of infrastructure which is great. PES University has a vast exposure in terms of placements and they correspond  to the  industry through internships but which will give you a focussed study and approached orientation. SJCE is also ok but it is not that better than PES in terms of exposure and placements.
