Which is better - THAPAR UNIVERSITY CHEMICAL ENGINEERING BRANCH or CHRIST UNIVERSITY,FACULTY OF ENGINEERING, BANGALORE ECE BRANCH ??
I have only heard about Thapar Institute of Engineering and technology for B.tech, B.E., and related technology based courses. It is situated in Punjab and is a very renowned institute in the state and country for their technology, engineering based programs. Their admissions process are open and will be closing very soon so apply as soon as you finalise your decision. You can attend thier second round of counselling which is tommorow on 13th July 2019. between the two- you should go to thapar as it is overall better for btech. Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology is one of the prestigious and best institution in the country. Thapar is top ranked Institution and deemed to be University . Thapar has been ranked 20 in India and 1 in Punjab by NIRF ( MHRD Government of India). Thapar Ranked as the best private Institute after BITS pilani. Thapar is far better then VIT and Manipal. Placements are very good. Placements of thapar is also better then some NITs and Thapar ranked as 8 best Institute in the terms of Placements.

Your choice should depend on the fact that whether you are giving preference to college or to branch. If you prefer college then you should go for Thapar University otherwise if you prefer branch then you should go for Christ University. Therefore you should choose on the basis of which factor you give preference to. hope this helps.
According to me branch matters the most. So I think you should go for ece christ University. Because demand and higher education in ece is much more than chemical engineering. If you need to choose between these two only ece is the best option
Thapar University is one of the best universities in India, especially north India. It has one of the best infrastructures. The overall environment is a really good one, where you can feel free to express yourself and your views in front of your teachers and friends and always look to do something new all the time. This college also boasts one of the best faculties in all the trades of engineering and management. Its been almost 2 years here and I have enjoyed every bit of it be it studying or chilling out with friends.
