Hello

Both the centers are quite well known, however IMS Karkardooma has a better reputation in terms of its faculty, study material and success ratio. I personally think the study material is quite similar for both, and all that mattered to me was the distance. You would probably want to choose the one closer to where you live so that less time is consumed up in travelling.
