Both MVIT and BMSIT are almost equal in many aspects so you can join any of the two colleges.
Placements in both colleges is average and you would get placed in any of the two if you maintain good CGPA.
Although BMSIT has a better campus when compared to MVIT. F aculties of both colleges are almost same and you get better social life in BMSIT.
So, I would suggest you to join any college in which you get your preferred branch and which is near you.
