Hello,
According to me NIT Warangal is best to pursue your studies. Yes there do exist IITs but I think from the institutes you mentioned NIT Warangal is good. NIT of Warangal is one of the top institutes among all the NITs. Not that the IITs mentioned are not good, but what I think is that the facilities and faculties of NIT Warangal is much more better than other institutes.
