Every topic has its own boundaries and range.
You can pursue an MSc in any of the aforementioned subjects after completing your BSc. After that, you can pursue a PhD or serve as a junior research fellow.
You can take the civil service exam after earning your BS.
When compared, these two courses have a similar scope, however physics has a modest advantage over chemistry in the classroom due to the greater need for physics teachers compared to chemistry teachers.
Both these subjects are good and will also have a great scope in future so you can select any one from them.
