which is better to persue bsc agriculture ICAR or UGC recognised?what is the major difference ?

Both organisations are functioning under the government of India. So recognised by both are valid and good. With the ICAR recognised degree, you can get a job like Agri officer or any other agriculture-related jobs. With the UGC recognised degree, you can't get Agri officer post. That is the difference.
