B.E stands for Bachelor in Egnineering and B.Tech stands for Bachelor in Technology.On a general nore B.E is more towards knowledge side while B.Tech is more towards skill side.
Many old universities which has multiple courses do provide B.E degrees while insituions mostly started for engineering gives B.Tech degree.
Even though there is a bit of difference between the two course,it wont affect your career or job prospects in anyways.So,you can choose anything and both will be of same value.
