Hello Jhunuk,
First of of there is no comparison between IIIT HYDERABAD CSE and MANIPAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY. The IIIT HYDERABAD is a very recognised college for its CSE and the placement over here is really good and far better than MANIPAL. You might not know but i would like to tell you that APPLE comes for requirement only in one college in india and that is IIIT HYDERABAD. so you can now make your decision.

Sorry but still IIIT BHUBANESWAR is far better than MANIPAL as the manipal is only for making its money and not for the education. For each and every thing you will have to pay and were as in IIIT every thing would be provided to you. So go for IIIT BHUBANESWAR.
