First of of there is no comparison between IIIT HYDERABAD CSE and MANIPAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY. The IIIT HYDERABAD is a very recognised college for its CSE and the placement over here is really good and far better than MANIPAL. You might not know but i would like to tell you that APPLE comes for requirement only in one college in india and that is IIIT HYDERABAD. so you can now make your decision.
