In order to appear for banking exams you need to be 21 years old, so you can start your preparation prior to this, candidates even in final year are eligible to apply, There isn't anything as such correct time but if you're confident regarding this choice then perhaps in the final year of graduation you can start your preparation seriously with focus and determination , you can also qualify it one attempt.
