If you are talking about Medical Studies in Foreign than there are two categories of preferred destination by Indian Students:

1. Medical Studies in Non-English speaking countries like Russia, China, Krgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Armenia and Etc.

For BSc Nursing:

No Doubt these countries has very good academics but Fee structure is also very High as compared to Fee structure of colleges of India. Also admission process is very tough in English speaking countries, you need to clear IELTS, TOEFL or Any other English proficiency test to take admission in any course along with completing the separate entry requirements of each course.

So this is advisable you should Prefer Colleges of India for studying BDS or BSc Nursing.
