If you get Chemical or Metallurgical at NIT Warangal, might be a better choice than Civil, else you prefer CSE at IIIT Jabalpur. However, NIT Warangal is one of the best Technical Institutes of our country, with good infrastructure, faculty and employer outlook, than the much newer IIIT Jabalpur.

bunny Chemical or Metallurgy have much much better career scope and prospects than Civil Engineering in Todays Date. So always try to prefer branches like Production, Mechanical, Chemical or Metallurgical over Civil, be it in any institute in India.
