It entirely depends on your area of interests, major government exams like UPSC, SSC CGL,SBI PO/Clerk, IBPS PO/Clerk, RBI Grade B/Assistant, NABARD Grade B,CDS,Railway Exams to name a few require graduation in any discipline and there's no minimum aggregate required except in case of RBI, so based on your preference you can any field whatever you like.
