Which is home state NIT for Silvassa (dadra & Nagar Haveli) SVNIT surat or NIT Goa? My percentile is 96.2 OBL NCL rank is 8900 & open rank 34000. Can I get admission in CSE?

If you're from Silvassa,you should opt NIT Goa. That will be nearest to home state NIT.
