Hello,
If you want to study more and dream a beautiful future you must go through BSc with a good Hons. like PHY/CHEM/MATH. It may take some more time. If you have a good academic career and a good knowledge you have a better future.
I don’t say Engineering is worse. But you may face a large competition with a insecure future. If you really want to do Engineering than work hard to get admission in IIT/NIT/other top institutions. Otherwise there is no guarantee to get a high salary job.
I hope that helps you to make a wiser decision. Rest, the success in any field depends upon your own quest to knowledge, hard work & networking skills. All the best for your future endeavors.
Hello aspirant,
If you understand the logic it's easy to solve. In structural analysis the story won't be the same in trusses. You need to have both analysing and mathematical skills to find solutions.
Coming to BSC Hons maths yes ,it will be tough to get a good percentage in the exams, if you really have the inner call of doing it then only do. Definitely not difficult. I am an average student Stats Hons (quite related to Maths Hons) .
Civil engineering will have less mathematics compared to BSC Hons Mathematics .
Hope this helps !
