Scope of both are in the hands of those who pursue that particular course and what they make out of it.

MBA Finance would be more of an analyst job where you'd be managing portfolios with a decent hike in pay. And you'll get jobs which are into core finance.

Where as MBA Banking and Financial services is a diverse course where you can get a number of other jobs apart from being an analyst at a company.

At the end it is upto you that how you make the most out of the opportunity.
